Common Questions About flnalank Terms and Conditions

The questions below address what we hear most often from account holders in India about their rights, data, access, and how to raise a concern. If your question is not covered here, reach out through live chat or email and we will point you to the relevant clause.

These terms bind every person who registers an account with flnalank. By completing registration, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to every clause, and that access is permitted under the law in your region.

We will not change terms without notice. Any amendment is communicated by email and displayed in your account dashboard at least seven days before it takes effect, giving you time to review the changes before they become binding.

A breach — such as sharing credentials, creating multiple accounts, or exploiting system errors — may result in account suspension, withdrawal of pending funds pending review, or permanent closure, depending on the severity of the breach.

Send a written request to our support email with your account ID and a description of what you need corrected or accessed. We aim to respond within seven business days and confirm the outcome in writing to your registered email.

Yes. Every deposit and withdrawal — whether initiated through UPI, Paytm or PhonePe — is governed by these Terms and Conditions. Processing times and verification steps described in the terms apply to all three payment methods without exception.

Disputes are assessed with reference to the laws applicable to our operations and your jurisdiction. Where local law in India governs your access, we apply that context when reviewing account or payment disputes raised through formal support channels.

We retain account records and transaction logs for the period required by applicable law. Once that retention period expires, data is securely deleted or anonymised in line with our internal data lifecycle policy, and you will not be able to request it after that point.
